Maker Breaks – Make your own Wedding Rings – Thursday Evening – CRAFT MONTH
August Craft Month shines a spotlight on Ireland’s thriving craft scene and provides unique opportunities for people to make, see, learn about, and buy craft. Whether you’re curious to learn, eager to create, or looking to discover something handmade and meaningful, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Maker Breaks are short, guided sessions designed to help you slow down, switch off, and reconnect with your creativity. You will create your very own piece in a single class - just show up and make! Craft a symbol of your love with your own hands - this class gives couples a heartfelt way to begin their journey by creating their own custom wedding rings. Guided by experienced jeweller Fabio with a maximum of three couples per session, you’ll form, shape, and finish your rings in a relaxed environment. Each couple receives a custom-engraved, laser-cut jewellery box to take their rings home in — ready to be worn and cherished for a lifetime.
Materials are included in the cost of the workshop and no experience is necessary.
We are fully inclusive and all skill levels (Adults 18+) are welcome, however, please note that this course requires hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow precise instructions with regards to safety.
Included in your Class:
- 2 D-shaped straight rings in sterling silver, to a maximum band dimension of 4mm x 2mm.
