A fun introduction to laser cutting by making some simple projects Come along and experience laser cutting and get a feeling for some of the possibilities that are opened up by this amazing tool. If you can draw it on a computer you can cut it using a laser. Watch the instructor demonstrate 4 simple projects and the process of going from idea to finished item. Then choose one and be guided through the process from start to finish.
Projects:
- Keyring
- Cut out a message written using a script font
- Create a stencil using a stencil font
- Make a small finger joint box
If you have a laptop and USB stick, please bring them with you on the day. If you require a laptop, please let us know in advance so we can supply one for the duration of the class.
