Finish your Work in Progress – Woodwork – Nov 2024
Do you have a small woodwork project that you just can't finish?
Where all you need is advice, a piece of equipment, or some guidance to get it over the line?
Then spend your Monday evenings with tutor Liam in this assisted 4 week course where participants should have beginner or novice woodwork skills, have started a project, and need some support to finish it.
What you Will Do:
You will bring along your Work in Progress (WIP) and discuss your sticking points with Liam and the other course participants, and as a group of like-minded makers you will troubleshoot your projects together.
Once your pathway forward has been determined, Liam will provide support to empower you to finish your project.
At the end of your course you should have completed your WIP, gained some confidence in your making, and perhaps made a new friend or two along the way.
Important to Note:
Materials are not included in the cost of this course and you should bring all materials required to finish your project.

We are fully inclusive and Adults (18+) are welcome, however, please note that this course requires hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow precise instructions with regards to safety.
Where to Go:
This class is held in our O15 unit located at Eircode T12 YAE4.
Here's what to Wear:
Avoid wearing loose clothing and jewellery and don’t forget to tie back long hair. Closed toe shoes are required on all of our workshop floors. If you need glasses for close up work, don't forget to bring them.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
PPE will be provided by benchspace for all courses that require it. It must be worn as directed. All specialist equipment and materials will be provided.
