Benchspace Bites: Gin/Wine Valet

Want to get started in woodworking but don’t know where to begin or maybe you’d like a nice handmade Gin/Wine Valet for yourself or as a gift.

Then join our tutor David for a guided making session on Saturday, August 20th from 10am – 2pm where we’ll guide you through making a Valet made from our locally sourced Irish hardwood.

Along the way you will learn valuable new skills that can be applied to almost any woodwork project.

Benchspace Bites are short introductory sessions where you can make your very own piece in a single class.

What to wear

Avoid wearing loose clothing and jewellery and don’t forget to tie back long hair. Closed toe shoes are required on all of our workshop floors.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE will be provided by benchspace for all courses that require it. It must be worn as directed.

Terms and Conditions

• Student cancellations

If you cancel your class booking at least 14 days in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund, minus the booking fees (€3).
If you cancel within 5 - 13 days of the class you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the class date will not be refunded. Class no-shows also cannot be refunded.

• Cancellations by benchspace

Some of our classes require a minimum number of participants to run. We will notify you 48 hours before the class if enrolment does not reach this minimum. We will attempt to reschedule all cancelled classes. If you cannot attend the rescheduled class, you will be issued a full refund.
